Senior Utility Technician

Responsible for leading and coordinating daily maintenance activities to ensure machinery, equipment, and facilities operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. This role focuses on people supervision, execution control, and timely response to breakdowns, while supporting preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.

* ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and assign daily tasks to Maintenance Technicians based on maintenance plans and breakdown priorities.

Supervise execution of preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs.

Ensure maintenance work complies with safety rules, LOTO, and company procedures.

Đảm bảo mọi công việc bảo trì tuân thủ quy định an toàn, quy trình LOTO và các quy định nội bộ của công ty.

Monitor equipment condition, downtime, and maintenance effectiveness.

Theo dõi tình trạng thiết bị, thời gian dừng máy và hiệu quả công tác bảo trì.

Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and PIV teams to minimize operational disruption.

Phối hợp với các bộ phận Sản xuất, Kho vận và PIV nhằm giảm thiểu ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động vận hành.

Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

Hỗ trợ xử lý sự cố liên quan đến cơ khí, điện, khí nén và thủy lực.

Verify completion and quality of maintenance work before handover.

Kiểm tra, xác nhận chất lượng và tiến độ công việc bảo trì trước khi bàn giao.

Maintain discipline, attendance, and work standards within the maintenance team.

Quản lý kỷ luật, chấm công và tiêu chuẩn làm việc của đội ngũ bảo trì.

Report daily maintenance status, breakdowns, and issues to Maintenance Manager.

Báo cáo hằng ngày về tình trạng bảo trì, sự cố và các vấn đề phát sinh cho Trưởng phòng Bảo trì.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and maintenance processes.

Báo cáo hằng ngày về tình trạng bảo trì, sự cố và các vấn đề phát sinh cho Quản lý Bảo trì.

Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Tốt nghiệp trung cấp, cao đẳng hoặc đại học chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Điện hoặc Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp.
Experience in maintenance roles within manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực bảo trì tại môi trường nhà máy hoặc kho vận.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a team leader or senior technician role.
Ít nhất 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trưởng nhóm hoặc Kỹ thuật viên cấp cao.
Hands- on mechanical, electrical, and electronic and Utility/Facility experience required.
Có kinh nghiệm thực tế (hands- on) về cơ khí, điện, điện tử và hệ thống tiện ích / cơ sở vật chất (Utility/Facility).
Strong hands- on technical capability and people supervision skills.
Có năng lực kỹ thuật thực hành tốt và kỹ năng giám sát, quản lý con người.
Willingness to work in shift and on- call environment.
Sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca và trực xử lý sự cố khi cần.
Basic English communication skills.
Giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản.
