Senior UX Designer

Participate in all stages of the design process, from initial concepts to implementation, maintaining high- quality standards and adjusting as necessary.
Participate in product evaluations and testing.
Analyze and evaluate user feedback to make corresponding adjustments to increase user satisfaction.
Conceptualize overall design architecture, user interfaces, specifications, and requirements for the look, feel, and function of VPS products and services.
Create and maintain a consistent brand image and ensure a consistent user experience across all platforms.
Utilize design tools to create storyboards, prototypes and templates for demonstrations and user testing.
Conduct research to deeply understand customer needs and behaviors, business goals, competitors; identify precise UX design challenges to be addressed in order to ensure the best experience for customers.

Candidates with practical experience and understanding of financial and investment products are preferred.
Ability to work in Agile, Scrum methodology, and collaborate effectively with a team.
3+ years of relevant experience in user experience design.
Solid understanding of design principles, user interface (UI) design, and best practices in user experience (UX).
Creative problem- solving skills, proactive in facing challenges.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Interaction Design (UX/UI Design), Finance, Marketing, Behavioral Psychology, or related fields.
Ability to contribute to product development process.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma. Experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or Illustrator is advantageous.
