Senior UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities

As part of our Digital Experience team, you’ll collaborate with marketers, developers, and business stakeholders to create seamless user journeys, improve conversion rates, and ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand excellence.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design and optimization of engaging, user- centric digital experiences across Shopify and WordPress platforms.This role blends creativity, strategy, and technical insight — ideal for someone who understands both corporate branding and e- commerce performance design.

Wireframing & Prototyping — Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high- fidelity mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Collaboration — Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate front- end implementation.
Design Systems & Style Guides — Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and visual style guides for consistent brand representation.
Lead UX/UI Design Projects — Plan, design, and deliver high- quality user interfaces for corporate websites and e- commerce stores on Shopify and WordPress.
User Experience Strategy — Conduct research, user testing, and data analysis to inform UX decisions and improve user flows.
Accessibility & Responsiveness — Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and provide seamless experiences across devices and browsers.
Optimization — Use analytics and A/B testing to refine layouts, improve usability, and enhance conversion rates.

Design Skills

Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive frameworks (knowledge of Liquid or Elementor is a plus).
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of user- centered design principles, information architecture, and conversion- focused layouts.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work for both Shopify and WordPress platforms.
Excellent communication skills — able to articulate design rationale and present to non- design audiences.
Demonstrated expertise in Shopify and WordPress design, including theme customization and understanding of front- end constraints.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
5+ years of proven experience designing for UX and UI — preferably for corporate and e- commerce websites.

Experience

Strong aesthetic sense, with the ability to convey ideas and narratives through design (visual storytelling).
Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Solid understanding and practical application of UX principles including UX Research, Information Architecture, User Flow, and UX Testing to optimize user experience.
Skilled in logical layout composition, harmonious color schemes, and professional typography.
