SEO Lead - RED2 Digital agency

The person will provide cover for three specific functions:

Supporting the Experience/SEO Director to create a best- in- class SEO product, contribute to the development of other verticals such as Content, CRO, and Ecommerce.
Managing key clients to establish a positive relationship and ensure that all client KPIs are met with effective communication maintained.
Leading GEO optimization across emerging search ecosystems including LLMs, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview to ensure clients remain discoverable beyond traditional search engines.

Responsibilities

Work with the Experience/SEO Director to research and develop new strategies, approaches, and products.
Understand, manage, and deliver against client KPIs.
Stay up to date on the latest Experience and SEO technology and updates.
Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards Experience and SEO with a strong desire to learn and innovate.
Support the Regional team on regional when required.
Oversee planning, prioritization, and completion of Experience/SEO tasks for the team.
Demonstrate a keen eye for opportunity and gap analysis for new business.
Provide accurate and clear communication to clients via email, phone, and presentations.
Support the team on daily tasks to maintain RED² standards.
Any ad hoc requirements as requested by the Experience/SEO Director.
Prepare for and attend regular client meetings.
Develop, implement, and monitor GEO optimization strategies across new search channels including: Understand Large Language Models (LLMs) ChatGPT Search Perplexity Google AI Overview Other emerging AI- driven discovery platforms This includes ensuring client content is structured, surfaced, and optimized for AI- enhanced search behaviors.
Primarily support the Experience/SEO Director in day- to- day tasks.
Follow global best- practice Experience/SEO processes and guidelines to ensure methodical, planned, and effective strategies.
Execute best- in- class Experience and SEO strategies for all clients.

Highly ambitious with proven examples of success and target achievement.
Over 6 years&039; experience in the position or similar roles.

Strong English skillset- speaking and writing is mandatory
Strong presentation skills with confidence in tackling difficult questions.
Strong commercial acumen with the capability to develop new revenue streams
Sociable with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

English fluency is a must.
