Service Admin, Senior Staff

Job Purpose:
Support planning and implementing after- sales marketing campaigns and promotions to achieve service and parts KPIs.
Support proposing, coordinating, and monitoring incentive programs, applying PDCA for continuous improvement.
Support organizing service events for customers such as fleet customer training, eco- driving events and service & parts seminars.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and strengthen customer engagement through customer relationship management activities, supporting dealers in delivering high- quality service.
Hino Motors Vietnam is seeking a highly organized and proactive After- Sales Planning & Promotion Senior Staff to support after- sales initiatives across our dealer network. In this role, you will focus on customer relationship management, service marketing, and promotional programs, as well as organizing events to ensure business targets are achieved.
Summarize program results, track dealer KPIs, and analyze key issues for reporting.

Must- Haves:
Problem- solving skills and Communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree, major in Business Administration/ Economics or related fields.
Proficient in MS office
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Good command of English (minimum TOEIC score of 550 or equivalent)
Good- to- Haves (Major Advantages):
Direct work experience in the after- sales service department of an automotive company, especially in service marketing tasks
