Service Bartender

Must be able to communicate effective over the phone and in- person with lots of background noise.
Become familiar with hotel services in order to answer questions and provide guest assistances.
Must be able to stand and move around the bar for the entire shift.
In- depth knowledge of wines, spirits, beers and liquors.
Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
Effective problem solving skills to include the ability to collaborate with others.
Process all cash transactions by accepting money and making necessary change accurately and present customer with bar receipt.
Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies to include but not limited to health and safety.
Prepare and pour all types of drinks for guests and cocktail servers.
Must have the ability to work fast and multi- task.

Previous hospitality experience preferred.
Ability to learn the menu, point of sale system and day- to- day procedures.
Must be able to work any shift any day.
Two- year previous bartending experience required.
Must be willing to participate in on- going training in the beverage field.
Ability to communicate fluently in the local language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.Bi- lingual is encouraged.
Must be familiar with the bar and mixology.
Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
Vocational School Certificate is required and Higher Education is preferred.
Must be able to pass a math test.
Outgoing and gregarious personality is ideal.
Must present a well- groomed appearance.
Must be able to perform basic mathematical computations.
