Service Desk Analyst / Desktop Support Analyst (REMOTE)

We are looking for experienced Service Desk Engineers/Desktop Support Engineers hands- on experience in IT support, system troubleshooting, and end- user assistance. The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications and be comfortable starting in a work- from- home setup, with the flexibility to transition to office- based work when needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Escalate unresolved issues to higher support tiers when necessary
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
Provide remote support using remote tools as needed
Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications
Handle user account setup, permissions, and access rights
Maintain system documentation and inventory
Maintain incident logs and resolve tickets within SLA timelines
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution

Strong troubleshooting and problem- solving skills
From 2 to 4 years of experience in desktop/system support or IT service desk roles
Comfortable with remote tools and IT ticketing systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Industry Certifications (any of the following)
Communicate fluently in English for work exchange
Preferred Industry Certifications (any of the following)
AZ- 900: Azure Fundamentals
SC- 900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
MS- 900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
MS- 102: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
MD- 102: Endpoint Administrator
CompTIA A+
CompTIA Network+
ITIL 4 Foundation
