🔧 Responsibilities:
Continuously improve existing processes and propose actionable improvement plans.
Collaborate with internal teams (Planning, Warehouse, Project) to resolve issues and report updates promptly to management.
Manage ASPs across Vietnam by monitoring KPIs, providing clear guidance, and resolving urgent issues.
Oversee nationwide Xiaomi after- sales operations, ensuring timely availability of spare parts and units for repair.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing critical concerns, supporting key business activities, and attending weekly on- site meetings.
✨ Requirements:
Relevant experience in a similar role; experience in the same industry is preferred.
Easy- going personality with excellent communication skills.
Strong English communication skills (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
Responsible, self- driven, and proactive work attitude.
Working experience in an overseas company or international environment is preferred.
