Main Content Generation (70%)

Generate videos and carousels for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Reels (Facebook & Instagram).
Optimize conversion rates for followers, subscribers, and app downloads.
Plan content direction for global users (Singapore, Malaysia, China, etc.).
Research users, markets, and competitors.

Other Content Generation (20%)

Collaborate with other teams for content creation.
Generate text and image- based content for: Email, Push Notifications, In- App content, E- commerce, Website, and SEO content.

Reporting & Collaboration (10%)

Report on performance and collaborate on other marketing activities

Thái độ / Tính cách

Eagerness to learn, actively seeking knowledge to create new content and explore new channels.

Proficiency in reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio).
Ability to convert traffic into app downloads.
Strong content creation skills, particularly in crafting engaging hooks.
Experience in creating viral content (50,000 to 100,000+ reach per post).
Experience in multi- channel content growth (over 30,000+ follower increase).
Skilled in AI utilization and prompt writing.
Proficient in tools: Canva, CapCut, AI Video tools (Sora, etc.), and AI Image tools.
Proficient in both spoken and written English (knowledge of Chinese is a plus).

Experience in running ads & SEO is a plus
Knowledge and methodology for researching customer content consumption behaviors.
Eagerness to learn, actively seeking knowledge to create new content and explore new channels.
