Slots Shift Manager (Slots Club Nam Hội An)

• Observe all activities in assigned shift and area, offer assistance to guests when needed, advise slot guests on how to play machines, pay tables and any general questions on the casino.
• Consistently provides the highest quality of service to our guests.
• Ensures that the club casino floor is kept clean and tidy at all time, relays information to housekeeping when needed.
• Works with F & B to ensure guests are served drinks in a timely manner
• Liaise with other departments to ensure all guests have a pleasant visit.
• Follows all policies and procedures.
• Remain vigilant to security issues throughout the property.
• Assists slot operations manager and assistant slots manager when required.
• Performs other job related duties when needed.
• Adheres to regulatory, departmental and company polices.
• Keeps up to date with all the casino and hotels events.
• Ensure all machines are operational and working in the correct manner.
• Monitor slots supervisors and slots attendant when required
• Ensure all guests are greeted and responded to in a timely manner
• Promotes M- life and all casino related promotions.
• Verifies all payouts and assists in the process of payments within permitted limitations.

• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in slots management or above in a slot or casino operation.
• Must be able to get along well with co- workers and work as a team.
• Must present a well groomed appearance.
• Must be able to operate a computer.
• Graduated College or above.
• Working at Slots Club in Vinpearl Nam Hội An.
