SMT Maintenance Engineer

Manage and oversee SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production equipment and ensure optimal performance.Quản lý và giám sát thiết bị sản xuất SMT (công nghệ gắn linh kiện bề mặt), đảm bảo máy móc vận hành ổn định và đạt hiệu suất tối ưu.2. Lead and supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.Dẫn dắt và giám sát đội ngũ kỹ thuật viên; hướng dẫn công việc, đào tạo và đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc3. Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for SMT machines (Pick & Place, Reflow, AOI, SPI…).Lập kế hoạch và phối hợp thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa cho các máy SMT (Pick & Place, Reflow, AOI, SPI…).4. Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions when necessary.Theo dõi chất lượng sản xuất và triển khai các biện pháp khắc phục khi cần thiết5. Collaborate with other departments to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất sản xuất và giảm thiểu thời gian dừng máy6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.Đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn an toàn và quy định, chính sách của công ty

REQUIREMENTS1. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation.2. Strong knowledge of SMT processes and equipment.3. Proven experience in team management and leadership.4. Good problem- solving and decision- making skills.5. Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.6. Experience: 1~3- year experience in maintenance.7. English: Communication in English skillsADDITIONAL SKILLS1. Strong leadership and team management skills.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.3. Proficiency in analyzing production data and generating reports.4. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.5. Ability to train and develop technical staff.6. Good understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control and IPC standards.7. Skilled in troubleshooting complex SMT equipment issues.8. Competence in using ERP or MES systems for production management.
