SMT NPI Engineer

- We are seeking a skilled SMT process engineer to join our team. You will responsible for SMT process abnormal analysis and improvement, FACA report, SOP define and new product introduce
- SMT process abnormal analysis & improvement
•Make and update SOP
• Responsible for SMT process control and FACA&8D report
• SMT new product introduce

- Graduated from university with a major in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field.
– Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
– Family with DOE, seven QC tools, PFMEA,8D&FACA report
– Family with excel, PPT, Minitab, JMP, Cam350 or GC2000, CAD,
–Familiar with ABC’S NPI system and require
–Above 3 years of SMT process engineer or NPI experience,
–Fluent in spoken English and English report
Preferred Qualifications:
•Fluent in spoken Chinese
•Familiar with Fuji NXT machine
Working Conditions:
• Full‑time, on‑site position.
