Social Compliance and Sustainability Officer

• Lead on social compliance and due diligence programs in our supply chain, including onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring annual audits are conducted, review of audit reports, follow up on improvement actions and identify risk patterns.• Provide regular training to suppliers on sustainability expectations, Code of Conduct areas, and other supply chain updates.• Build strong relationships with the broader sustainability team, production team, suppliers, third- party partners to support implementation of social compliance and due diligence program.• Manage grievances reported by workers and/or stakeholders, including introducing the hotline to suppliers; handling cases properly from receipt to investigation, from resolution to improvement; and reporting for analysis and internal and external disclosure purposes.
