Social Media Content Executive

Short- Video Content Planning & Scriptwriting (Core)- Plan short- video content directions based on brand positioning and platform trends.- Independently write short- video scripts, including "hooks," content structure, and call- to- action (CTA) endings.- Continuously optimize script pacing and expression to improve completion and interaction rates.
Data Analysis & Content Review- Monitor core content metrics such as views, completion rates, and interaction rates.- Conduct basic content reviews to summarize effective content models.- Optimize topics, scripts, and posting schedules based on data feedback.
Execution & Collaboration- Coordinate with filming, editing, or influencer resources to execute script production.- Track performance data after content release and adjust content directions promptly.- Assist with content- related support for live streams and events as needed.
Account Operations & Management- Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of official accounts on TikTok, Facebook, etc.- Develop content publishing plans to ensure update frequency and consistency.- Maintain account health and ensure compliance with platform rules and content regulations.

Experience managing TikTok or Facebook accounts.
1–3 years of experience in Social Media or Content Operations.
Strong communication skills, execution ability, and willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to write short- video scripts and understand social media content trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related fields.
