Responsibilities
Client Communication: Participate in weekly status calls, presenting performance data and pitching new content ideas directly to clients.
Multi- Account Strategy: Develop and execute bespoke social strategies for 3–5 diverse clients (ranging from lifestyle to corporate).
Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and design teams for brand consistency.
Content Creation: Produce, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, images,
Content Production: Concept and capture "low- fi" content (Mobile Phone photography/BTS) to fuel rapid- response social trends.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on platform changes, algorithms, and industry trends.

Paid Social Support: Work alongside the performance team to ensure organic content aligns with paid ad creative.
Job Requirement
Agency Experience: 1- 2 years in an agency environment is highly preferred (handling 3+ clients simultaneously).
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and native platform editors (TikTok/IG).
Adaptability: Proven ability to write in multiple brand voices within the same afternoon, keen interest in AI for marketing.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to explain why a post failed or succeeded to a client using data, not just "feelings."
Analytics: Ability to interpret data and metrics.
Tools: Familiarity with scheduling/analytics tools
Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc..
Communication: Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skill.
Laguages: Good English communication skills.
