Deploy staff to support other departments or areas when requested.
Supervise cleaning, preparation, and setup to meet the restaurant’s service quality standards.
During service, delegate and direct waitstaff to ensure prompt and high- quality customer service.
Monitor and assess the work of new employees, providing support and adjustments as needed.
Submit a daily work report to superiors at the end of each shift.
Monitor food plating and serving to ensure compliance with restaurant standards.
Assign staff to clean and tidy up after the shift ends.
Assist with and carry out additional tasks as requested.
Assign tasks to service staff, ensuring restaurant cleanliness, preparation, utensil maintenance, and table setup before service hours.
Assist in resolving unexpected situations beyond the capabilities of service staff, ensuring the restaurant’s reputation and image remain intact.
Handle arising issues in the absence of management.
Directly train or assign staff to train new service employees.
Communicate restaurant regulations, policies, and service quality standards to new employees
Oversee staff attitude and work ethic, providing timely feedback and adjustments as needed.
Provide solutions for customer requests, guiding staff on how to respond appropriately.
Work Coordination: Assist management in operations/
Perform other duties assigned by management

Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng/ Trung Cấp/ Đại học các ngành liên quan
Nam/nữ, giao tiếp tiếng anh tốt (bắt buộc).
Cẩn thận, có trách nhiệm, nghiêm túc với công việc
Có kinh nghiệm thu mua (ưu tiên ngành F&B)
Kỹ năng giao tiếp, phục vụ tốt
