Solution Design Country Lead

- Drive the country growth strategies thru the core product offering of warehousing, transport and VAS
- Plan and optimize resource allocation across multiple high- priority projects
- Provide technical guidance on complex or high- risk projects
- Lead continuous improvement of design processes and promote best practices
- Leads a team to develop and implement warehousing & transport solutions along with the due commercial strategies to meet market and client demands
- Leverage global tools and cost models to ensure high- quality, cost- efficient solutions
- Identify skill gaps and support team development through training and mentoring
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to deliver effective solutions and drive performance
- Foster strong cross- functional partnerships and maintain key stakeholder relationships
- Translate customer requirements and bid strategies into actionable project plans
