【Job Summary】
Join our dynamic and expanding solution business team as a Solution Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Complex Software Solutions for FBVN&039;s direct customers. This position will work on the Enterprise Solution product provided by FBVN, such as eForm, ECM, IDP and RPA (excluding printing solutions).

Implementation & Configuration:
- Configure the solution by using existing feature set of platforms. Develop new feature, plug- in, customize solutions, for both Cloud- solution and/or On- premises solution.
- Deploy pre- built platforms solution products into customer’s On- Premises system, which include Database Engine, Database tables (mostly Microsoft SQL server).
Project Delivery:
Deliver projects to customers after sales process, which may involve cross- functional, cross- organizational, and cross- service collaboration, including third parties, following pre- defined System Requirement from BA.
POC management:
Manage and deploy POCs, ensuring quality, timely, and cost- effective delivery.
Customer Interaction:
Participate in technical discovery, kick- off meetings with customers.
Documentation & Testing
: Complete Training & Handling documentation, conduct formal testing, and ensure a smooth handover to customers.
Risk Management:
Identify and manage risks during implementation and ongoing operations.
Continuous Improvement:
Develop strategies to minimize support calls and improve response and resolution times.
Additional Duties:
Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Language abilities: English Upper Intermediate level
Experience: Minimum 2 years in an enterprise IT environment or IT service provider.
Minimum 2 years of experience in software development using C and .NET.
- Technical Expertise and Customer- oriented mindset: Deep understanding of Software Development, Experience in ERP system development & maintenance, relevance to customer needs for all provided solutions.
- Relevant technology certifications are desirable.
- Experience with JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
- DevOps oriented.
- Post- sales experience is preferred.
- Project Delivery: Proven ability to manage and deliver projects on schedule.
- Customer Management: Excellent customer management skills, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Knowledge of general Operating Systems, VM/VDI, Cloud computing services are an advantage.
