Role Description

Control Wine Storage conditions in Shops and Warehouses
Coordinate with other departments to hold training/events for Customers. (Display, prepare the wines during Events (decanting, opening time, temperature), and other related tasks.
Check Da Loc POS material and correct mistakes: Flyer /wine of the month/wine menu/wine list to print / Portfolio / Pricelist/quotation
Identify the life cycle of products to propose action for the BOD properly
Support Sales departments to develop wine list/identify key items to add or replace customers’ wine selection
Organise wine and brand training for company employees
Check the quality of wines when returned by customers (corked/cooked/spoiled)

Qualifications

Exceptional customer service skills
Problem- solving skills
Experience in the F&B department or Corporate Services Sales is plus
Good knowledge about wine and spirits
High sense of responsibility
Persistence, dynamic, enthusiastic
Entrepreneurial spirit
Good at English
