Sourcing Executive

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet technical specifications, quality standards, and cost requirements.- Work directly with R&D engineers and suppliers to accelerate product development, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.- Take ownership of the product development process for new products, managing from initial idea through to market release.- Manage and take responsibility for product cost, consistently seeking opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality.- Build and maintain strong, long- term relationships with current and potential suppliers.- Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and favorable conditions with suppliers to optimize costs and collaboration.- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance; stay updated on market trends and industry developments to recommend sourcing strategies.- Report regularly to Sourcing manager & department management on sourcing activities and issues.

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain & logistics or related field preferred.- Excellent problem- solving skills with the ability to think quickly and effectively handle ad hoc challenges.- Intelligent and creative thinker with “out- of- the- box” mindset to drive innovative sourcing solutions.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of sourcing or ERP software is a plus.
