Checking fruit and vegetables and there proper storage in fridges
Maintain Hotel standards of service quality and performance standards
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
Checking for egg and noodle station breakfast
Preparation of daily kitchen transfers
Checking and replenishing of hot and cold buffet items
Follow communication lines and report lines.
Preparation of pasta dishes for a la carte
Implement Department Head’s instruction and assignment.
Checking of garnishes for a la carte
Checking of Pasta station for Dinner Buffet
Preparation of weekly staff duty roster
Preparation and presentation of all cold and hot dishes for buffet
Checking of fresh seafood for BBQ and Buffet
Checking of fruits and vegetables for buffet
Checking of salads and sandwiches for a la carte
Ensured Kitchen cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene and inspects physical aspects of all kitchen areas, cold rooms and equipment.
Ordering of store and market list items
Well- groomed, neat and tidy at work

Any additional tasks requested by his/ her HOD
Preparation of bar snacks
Control of food spoilage and wastage
Preparation of sauces and soups for a la carte and buffet
Grilling and presentation of seafood on guest request
Preparation of all hot a la carte items
Set up and presentation of seafood display
Collecting of store items
Established and maintained effective employee relations in the kitchen
Oversee the cooking, preparation and presentation in cooking
Strictly comply the Hotel regulation and Employee Handbook
Ensured overall operational efficiency at assigned F&B Outlet’s

• Understanding of food cost budget
• Male or female
• Overall food knowledge in Western Kitchen
• Good physical and mental health
• Personal hygiene
