Spa Receptionist

Maintain accurate guest records and payment transactions.
Coordinate with spa therapists and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Welcome guests warmly and assist with spa check- in and check- out procedures.
Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Handle spa reservations, appointment scheduling, and telephone inquiries professionally.
Follow spa operational procedures, grooming, and service standards.
Handle guest feedback and requests professionally and efficiently.
Provide guests with information about spa treatments, services, and retail products.

Previous experience in spa reception, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems preferred.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage.
