Set up treatment rooms as per operational standards
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of all spa and treatment areas
Request and maintain necessary supplies for daily operations
Check and maintain equipment in safe and functional condition
Handle guest complaints and record all feedback and comments
Complete required reports and documentation (e.g., stock records, daily logbooks, guest feedback)
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management
Serve welcome drinks or other offerings to guests when needed
Perform spa treatments in accordance with Six Senses Spa standards

Knowledgeable in healing therapies, spa treatments, beauty products, wellness traditions, and fitness
Background in the spa industry, preferably within a hotel or resort environment
Physically capable of applying consistent pressure for extended treatment sessions
Strong command of both written and spoken English
Certified in Anatomy & Physiology, Massage Therapy, or Beauty Therapy
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
Up- to- date with the latest trends, tools, and health & beauty techniques in the market
