Spanish-Speaking Travel Consultant / Specialist

Identify the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.Organize travels from beginning to end, including quoting, and working with the operation team to arrange customer travel services.Work effectively for a good conversion rate and together with the team, reach the sales target.Provide overseas travel agents/partners/ travelers with accurate and updated travel information.Liaise with the Accounting department to collect payment from the clientsStay in touch with the customers on the ground to ensure a smooth trip for them and provide assistance when needed.Ensure Saffron Travel’s standards and policies are followed.

Good computer literacy(MS Office including presentation)
Exemplary sales skills and customer- oriented approach.
Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a relevant field.
Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
Proven working experience as a good Travel Consultant with strong product knowledge in Indochina destinations and a professional mindset. (Or you’ll be trained if you don’t have experience).
Top- notch interpersonal skills, including communication, respect, and empathy.
Good attitude, well organized, hardworking, with the ability to work as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and to prioritize tasks
