Sr Material Analysist (Footwear) (26450) [Hcm]

** Summary:
Responsible for managing material supply chain activities, supporting development and production teams, and driving material innovation and localization projects to ensure quality, cost, and delivery efficiency.
** Key Responsibilities:
10% Representation: Represent BU or Asia Material Hub in special assignments or cross- functional initiatives.
50% Supply Chain Management: Oversee material supply from vendors to factories; ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets; maintain supplier performance reports; promote material localization and sustainability initiatives.
15% Issue Resolution: Support factory and supplier problem- solving related to material quality, delivery, and performance.
10% Systems & Data: Manage material data in PLM and Amber Road systems to support supply chain visibility.
15% Project Implementation: Execute assigned projects and share best practices across business units.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• 5+ years of solid experience, preferably in FMCG or Footwear/Lifestyle industries.

• Good understanding of shoe materials and material library management.

• Experienced in using system tools and generating reports.

• Strong teamwork, business acumen, time management, problem- solving, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
