Assists the Chief Steward in setting Stewarding goals and developing strategies, procedures and policies/ Hồ trợ Quản lý Tạp vụ trong việc thiết lập các kể hoạch mục tiêu và phát triển các chiến lược, thủ tục và chính sách cho bộ phận.
Assists the Chief Steward in developing training plans, develops training material in accordance with IHG guidelines and implements training plans for the Stewarding employees/ Hồ trợ Quản lý Tạp vụ trong việc xy dựng các chưng trinh đào tạo, xy dựng tài liệu ào tạo theo hướng dẫn của tập đoàn và tiền hành đào tạo cho nhân viên tạp vụ.
Supervises all functions of the Stewarding operation to achieve the optimum quality level of sanitation/ Giám sát các chương trinh trong hoạt động vận hành của Tạp vụ để đạt được mục tiêu về tối ưu hoa chất lượng vệ sinh.
Supervises the cleaning and storage of the Food and Beverage division/ Giám sát việc dọn dẹp và bảo quản thực phẩm và đó uống.
Supervises the cleaning of an hygienic kitchen/ Giám sát việc dọn dẹp bếp và đảm bảo vệ sinh.
Supervises the cleaning of the premises/ Giám sát việc dọn dẹp các khu vực.
Assists in determining the minimum and maximum stocks and controls the par- stocks of all material and equipment/ Hỗ trợ trong việc xác định số lượng hàng hoa lưu kho tối thiểu và tối đa, kiểm soát lượng tồn kho của tất cả các vật tư và thiết bị.

Engages in and supervises the cleaning of kitchen and equipment/ Tham gia và giám sắt việc dọn dẹp nhà bếp và các trang thiết bị bếp.
Supervises all functions of the Stewarding operation to achieve the optimum departmental costs/ Giám sát các chơng trinh trong hoạt động vận hành của Tạp vụ để đạt được mục tiêu về tối ưu hóa chi phí của bộ phạn.
During the shift, oversees the preparation of kitchen equipment for use/ Giám sát việc chuẩn bị các thiết bị bép trong suốt ca làm việc.
In absence of Assistant Chief Steward conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known/ Điều hành việc họp giao ban để đảm bảo truyền tải các hoạt động của khách sạn và các yêu cầu vận hành cho nhân viên tạp vụ khi Trợ lý Quản lý Tạp vụ vằng mặt.

Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency/ Có các giấy phép phục vụ trong ngành Ẩm thực, chứng nhận vẻ việc xử lý thực phẩm, sức khỏe hợp lệ theo yêu cầu của chính quyền địa phương.
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities/ Có khả năng giải quyết vấn để, thuyết phục, khích lệ tinh thắn, tố chức sắp xếp và đào tạo cho người khác.
