Store Expansion Executive - Fashion Retail

As Store Expansion Executive, you will be responsible for assisting all tasks related to leasing and expanding retail stores.
Assist Store Expansion Manager in the tasks including but not limited to:
· Work with the Department Head to ensure that all documents relating to the lease are prepared and managed in accordance with Vietnam laws and company policies
· Assist to create and analyse mapping of each brand for expansion plan
· Manage portfolio of shopping mall
· Make a periodic report upon manager request.
· Maintain strong relationships with Malls/ Landlords/ Leasing agency for leasing cooperation.
· Assist to identify and negotiate new & renewal with landlords in accordance with the business development plan
· Work closely with internal & external teams on contract/ new store openings / ensure best practice / open on time / cost saving
· Assist to monitor contract’s expiry dates.
· Assist Store Expansion Manager in negotiations process.
Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors

· Good in negotiation and communication both English & Vietnamese
· University/College Degree in Real Estate /Commercial
· At least 2- 4 years of experience as leasing from a retail/mall company and/or from Landlords/ leasing agency
· Possess good networks with landlord/ leasing agency
· Strong market research skills
· Knowledge of real estate practices
· Strong analytical and structural skills
