Store Manager/Store Director (Retail)

- Manage income, costs, gross profit, and ensure operations achieve sales targets.
- Other tasks might be assigned by the BOD.
- Manage and be responsible for sales results and all activities of the store (1k- 2k m2, 20- 30 staff)
- Cooperate with related departments to execute promotion programs, stock displays, or company policy.
- Manage all activities at the store to fulfill company standards and create a dynamic, friendly working environment.
- Sustain and plan to increase the frequency and purchasing power of the customers
- Ensure that all the displaying, hygiene, and safety standards are carried out in accordance with Company policy.
- Plan and execute a business development Plan at the store in order to increase market shares and sales
- Become the Ambassador of the Company to work with Customers and Supplier
- Responsible for manpower planning at the store level
- Manage stock in the warehouse well to prevent loss
- Conduct market research to expand the business at the store level
- Build and allocate KPIs for each department or individual at the store to achievethe target.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field
- At least 3- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Have knowledge in the Retail Industry is a plus.
- In- depth knowledge related to stock displaying, stock labelling, and the capability to plan a promotion program within 1 year
- Good at forecasting stock demand for better stock ordering.
- Proficient in English or Japanese
- Adaptability
- Good understanding of goods, the ability to resolve customer inquiries.
