RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects team work as an internal group strategy planning team and also get your hands dirty delivering the plan with a functional team, or you might form and lead a team to deliver results.

Assisting in forecasting ongoing financial requirements, taking into account the company&039;s various projects, and assisting in the management of financial resources.
Foster and cultivate meaningful stakeholders relationships.
Priorities are determined using keen analytic, organizational, and problem- solving skills that support and enable wise decision making.
Passionate and experienced in one or all of these area: Entertainment & New media, Creator Commerce, Creator Economy, Digital Marketing.
Communicate closely with internal teams to build and execute strategic projects.
Market research and analysis to gain a thorough understanding of the industry landscape and to assist in improving the strategic direction of projects, from the opportunities and threats as identified.

Personal qualities of integrity, strong leadership, and strategic thinking.
Demonstrate the capacity to maintain a high- level and consistent work ethic across all job- related responsibilities.
Superior communication and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship- building abilities, as well as the ability to prioritize, negotiate, and collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external.
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
