Strategic Planning Executive (FS, Cash Flow)

Currently, we are looking for Strategic Planning Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:

Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Preparing Feasibility Study for potential projects based on provided data and information.
Regular inputting and updating factors of Feasibility Study and Economic situations.
Preparing research reports and other reports for investment.
Doing survey & market research for real estate market.
Preparing comprehensive cash flow model for on- going projects.

Have experience in residential projects at real estate developer is a plus.
Good knowledge of cash flow model, feasibility study.
Well organized, able to handle pressure.
At least 2 years of working experience in Finance, Real Estate or similar role.
Confident, enthusiastic, polite and detail- oriented.
Good at MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Skill of market research, analyst, problem- solving.
University degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or any relevant majors.
Fluent in English (must have).
