We are seeking a
Strategic Product Manager
This role focuses on translating business needs into clear, structured requirements, fostering cross- functional alignment, and ensuring effective planning, tracking, and delivery through agile and PMO best practices.
You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating communication, prioritization, and process governance, ensuring that both business strategy and technical execution remain synchronized. This position combines the analytical rigor with the coordination and facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities
Bridge Between Business and Technology

Act as the liaison between business units, product owners, and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of priorities, scope, and objectives.
Translate complex business requirements into clear, structured BRDs and high- level functional specifications.
Facilitate alignment sessions and regular communication across teams to eliminate silos, manage expectations, and maintain consistent progress toward business goals.

Project & Program Management

Support Business Heads and Product Leads in quarterly and annual planning cycles, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and operational capacity.
Act as the single point of contact to oversee the planning, coordination, and monitoring of key product workstreams to ensure timely and efficient delivery across squads.
Lead post- implementation reviews, retrospectives, and process optimization efforts to enhance collaboration, predictability, and delivery quality.

Domain experience in e- commerce, ride- hailing, fintech, or digital platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical and documentation abilities — able to convert business goals into actionable, structured artifacts.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across business and technical domains.
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Business Analysis, or PMO roles within a technology or digital organization.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and program governance methodologies.

Salary & Allowances

13- month salary with annual performance bonus, project incentives, sales incentives (based on position)
