Supervisor, Warehouse

Track material quality, quantity, lead time, transport costs, and efficiency.
Supervise receiving, storage, and internal distribution to ensure timely material availability for production.
Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure data accuracy.
Optimize warehouse layout and space usage for operational efficiency.
Propose and implement cost- saving initiatives in warehousing and material turnover.
Ensure accurate and real- time inventory tracking and traceability via system tools.
Monitor environmental conditions for sensitive components (e.g., temperature, humidity).
Identify improvement opportunities and refine warehouse processes accordingly.
Maintain warehouse organization (5S) and comply with internal safety/environmental standards.
Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels, minimizing both shortage and overstock.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Apply inventory control principles (e.g., FIFO/FEFO) to reduce material aging and support smooth operations.

Proficiency in English or Chinese is an advantage.
Familiarity with warehouse systems such as ERP/WMS, inventory control procedures, and compliance practices.
Analytical mindset and ability to improve processes based on inventory trends.
Strong leadership, problem- solving, and warehouse optimization skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or other relevant fields.
Understanding of relevant international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/material control, preferably in high- tech or component- level manufacturing environments.
