Supplier Quality Engineer (Hải Phòng, Quảng Ninh)

Position Objective:
• Make Supplier understand for Autoliv requirement such as ASM form Supplier Quality’s point of view.
• Control and ensure the parts/materials quality from supplier.
Position Scope
Under the direction of Plant Supplier Quality Manager, the Supplier Quality Engineer will take necessary steps with Autoliv policies and procedures, to ensure adequate quality of parts/materials are available to meet inspection and testing component part based on drawing specification.
Tasks/ Responsibilities: (Main Activities)
• Maintain & Implement Autoliv Supplier manual.
• Hold material in case of nonconformance/suspection.
• Maintain good housekeeping- 5S, Environmental and Policy Deployment.
• Implement statistical process control at key product characteristic.
• Implement problem solving process to eliminate root cause of nonconforming parts/materials at Autoliv and supplier site.
• Support an internal audit, customer audit and third party audit.
• Establish an inspection and testing component part based on component drawing specification.
• Issue Credit/Debit note to Plant Supplier Quality Managerfor approval.
• Raise quality problem which concern to production line stop to Plant Supplier Quality Managerfor disposition.
• Maintain good employee relations, which include appropriate responses to employee’s needs and training.
• Communicate with all relevant departments and staff to get support as needed.
• Ensure the parts/materials quality from supplier.
• General assignment required by Plant Supplier Quality Manager.

• To be supplier improvement by audit process and systems
• To be preventive defect part go to the production line by concentrate and problem solving with supplier.

• Good cooperation any department and supplier.
• To be a leader of any quality problem issues for internal and external finding.
• Customer respect / customer awareness / customer satisfaction.
• Coaching and coordinate skill, ability to lead/supervise their subordinate.
