Supplier Quality Engineer

Support NPI projects, First article inspection (FAI) and release.
Assist in developing and maintaining Control Plans, PFMEAs, and Work Instructions for processes.
Regular conduct supplier quality audit.
Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Establish and maintain inspection standards for all incoming materials.
Issue and follow up SCARs and 8D reports, driving continuous supplier quality improvements.
Be responsible for developing and directly training new employees.
Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (ISO9001).
Propose improvements to enhance inspection efficiency and reduce incoming defects.

Proficient in using measuring instruments (OMM, calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, hardness tester etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong analytical, problem- solving, communication.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949), 7 QC Tools, 5 core tools, 8D report, 5W.
Able to work independently or teamwork.
Good English skills, proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
Familiar with metal material specifications and surface treatment standards.
Detail- oriented and innovation.
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control for components (stamping, machining, welding, coating).
