Supplier Quality Engineer

- Make Supplier quality monthly report, quarterly report and have plan to evaluate supplier in quality and delivery performance.
- Other tasks related to Integration Management System and improvement activities are assigned by Quality Manager.
- Build plan to develop supplier, work with Eng and Pur to develop new supplier.
- Perform non- standard testing such as life testing, temperature life testing, salt spray test…
- Provide technical supports and guidance to quality team to solve quality issues.
- Analyze and address quality issues with internal and external suppliers. Issue and follow- up CAPA when quality issue- arises.
- Work with quality inspector from incoming to outgoing to understand all project items, components, assembly technical.
- Aware and take responsibility for complying basic requirements of ISO 9001, 13485 & 14001 system
- Other jobs as assigned by QA/QC Manager
- Report directly to QA/QC Manager.
- Establish and perform supplier audit plan to lead them in quality and ensure they can supply product with high quality level.
- Control material from supplier to make sure quality system complies with company policy, UL, ETL standard...

- University degree with a technical background (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial…)- English – intermediate or above reading/writing level, basic to intermediate spoken and listening.- 2D CAD drawing basic skill, ability to read and understand about technical drawing.- Basic computer skill as Ms office, Outlook, ppt…- Able to perform Able to perform ISO 9001, 13485 & 14001 audit.
