Supply Chain Contract Manufacturer Coordinator

GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:- Monitor Contract Manufacturer (CM) orders to ensure the production of orders are according to the agreed plan, production information is uploaded to SCVN system and monitored to ensure no delays to orders and any issues are quickly identified and resolvedB. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:* Responsibilities:- Monitor and resolve any issues in production or shipment plan to secure delivery plan to customers: drawings, inspection, shipping marks, shipping documents, etc- Daily monitoring or order progress via the CM portal, and quickly highlight any delays to receiving supplier information- CM/Supplier relationship management, with regular scheduled face to face meetings at CM/supplier site, sometimes jointly with other ScanCom functions, to review supplier performance and resolve any issues.- Obtaining and reviewing compliance documents from the assigned CM’s.- Carry out other tasks assigned by the procurement manager* Authorities:- To discuss directly with CM representatives, to obtain and understanding of the situation and any actions required by the CM

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:* Must requirement:- 3- 5 years’ experience in operations in furniture or related industries.- Level: Diploma or University degree Quality, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or any Technical/Business major.* Important requirement:- Language: Good standard of English- Computer: Good in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point- Problem solving skills; good communication to different departments and partners and stakeholders.- Proactive, dynamic and learning growth- Systematic approach

- Qùa Tết âm lịch của Công ty 200.000 đồng/phần, quà công đoàn 150.000 đồng/phần
- Được tham gia du lịch, nghỉ mát hàng năm
- Tổng tiền thưởng khuyến khích cuối năm và đầu năm Tết Âm Lịch 400.000 đồng (nếu đạt yêu cầu)
- Tiền thưởng học sinh giỏi từ lớp 1 đến lớp 12 là 200.000 đồng/cháu/năm học
- Phụ cấp nuôi con nhỏ dưới 6 tuổi là 100.000 đồng/cháu/tháng
- Hỗ trợ cơm giữa ca, cơm tăng ca miễn phí
Được Công ty hỗ trợ thêm 2.5% phí tham gia các loại bảo hiểm (1% BHXH, 0.5% BHYT, 1% BHTN) tương đương 109.000 đồng/tháng
