Supply Chain Intern (PO Team)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily record on the in/out Lot numbers transaction & keep track of the stocks Inward,
Coordinate with the warehouse team to inspect cargo quality prior to receipt, including requesting cargo photos before unstuffing or loading.
Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about supply chain operations.
Outward and perform the Inventory reconciliation with warehouse/ SAP system.
Handle daily PO/PQ, Goods Issue (GI), and Goods Receipt (GR) transactions in the SAP system.
Support the warehouse team in preparing documentation for customs declarations and audit reports.
Support the PO team in reviewing and verifying documents such as bills and permits.
