Supply Chain / Purchasing Supervisor

Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and minimize out of stock risks.
Coordinate with suppliers on orders, delivery schedules, and quality issues.
Track and report key KPIs (out- of- stock rate, fill rate, input cost, etc.).
Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Accounting teams to resolve issues and support promotions.
Supervise daily sourcing, purchasing, and ordering activities for fresh products (veggie / non- veggie).
Conduct regular warehouse and supplier visits to validate stock condition and compliance.
Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers for long- term cooperation.
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager
Support negotiations on pricing and payment terms to ensure cost efficiency.

Self motivated, detail oriented, and results driven.
Good knowledge of the F&B supply chain and supplier management.
Strong problem solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B sourcing & purchasing, focus on fresh products
Proficiency in English is a plus.
Experience managing multiple SKUs and supporting demand planning.

Lương thử việc 100%.
