● Receive and respond to emails, chats, and phone calls from Customers
● Handle corresponding requests from the above sources, for example:
○ Perform periodic backups of data
● Perform tasks as requested by direct Management
○ Monthly work report
○ Request to update content and master data on the website
● Support translating documents for the development team
○ The operating system/service has errors and needs correction
Yêu cầu công việc
Request
● Experienced in working with Japanese customer
● Japanese equivalent to N2 or higher, good communication
● Be proactive, promote responsibility in work, and be aware of good product quality
● Have basic office computer skills (word, excel, .)
Nice to have:
● Experience working in the IT industry
● Aim to develop to BrSE or BA
● Understanding of Japanese culture and working style
