Sustainability Manager

YOUR MISSION:
As Entobel’s Sustainability Manager, you will be leading the charge to quantify and verify the positive impact of our products on the global food system.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
• Define, develop and implement commercial value chain partnerships together with the Sales department.
• Identify and implement concrete steps for improving Entobel’s LCA further.
• Implement Entobel’s LCA ISO study together with an external consultant.
• Demonstrate the sustainability value of Entobel’s products compared to commonly used feed ingredients.
• Prepare and follow up on all sustainability related communications at Entobel.
• Represent Entobel at relevant events, stakeholder discussions, etc.
• Maintain Entobel’s sustainability plan, strategy and presentation materials. Define objectives, timelines, resources including budget for the sustainability plan in line with Entobel business objectives and the needs of relevant departments.
• Work closely with external partners (including NGOs), academics and consultants to support external sustainability claims made by Entobel.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
• Experience
Experience in dealing with NGOs, international sustainability programs etc. are a plus
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental or related studies
Proven track record with emissions management programs and/or LCA calculation
5+ years’ experience in corporate sustainability
Experience or studies abroad are a plus
Master’s degree or PhD is a plus but experience is valued higher
• Skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in writing reports and making presentations
Ability to switch between thinking strategically and being hands- on when required
Good verbal and presentation skills in English
Understanding of both business and sustainability
