Role Description
Coordinate with the software unit to plan, develop & upgrade applications and services.
Participate in projects, build solution packages, and provide consulting, design, deployment, maintenance, and warranty services for IT systems to deliver to organizations and enterprises.
Install, manage, operate & monitor server systems in the Data Center.
Build tools for system monitoring and troubleshooting.
Manage & operate the company&039;s application and service systems.
Research and study the features and technical aspects of hardware, software, and solutions from various vendors related to the system (Server, Storage, Microsoft, Linux, Cloud, Monitoring, Security, etc.).
Qualifications
Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and orchestration tools is advantageous.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to server hardware & Linux application systems.
Proficiency in Linux operating systems (CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian, Red Hat, etc.) & Windows.
Foreign language skills: Ability to communicate & read technical documents in English or Chinese related to the assigned tasks.
Ability to use at least one programming language: Bash, Python, PHP, etc.
Experience as a system & data center engineer.
Knowledge and experience with networking (Cisco, Juniper), storage systems (NAS, SAN, CEPH, etc.), and virtualization technologies such as VMware vSAN, KVM, and OpenStack.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
