KDDI Vietnam has more than 20 years of business history in Vietnam and has extensive experience in supporting Japanese companies mainly in the industrial sector.

Customer Success: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support, addressing technical issues, and implementing solutions to meet customer needs.
IT Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Solution Development: Seek solutions and create technical proposals. Select and prepare Bill of Material (BOM).
Project Management: Define Scope of Work, prepare WBS, manage resources, time, cost, quality, change requests, and risks to ensure project completion on time.
IT Solution Implementation:
Deploy and manage endpoint devices (PC, Printers, CCTV, Access control), ensuring security and compliance.
Microsoft Server platform and cloud solutions, ensuring best practices and cost- efficiency.
Physical Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage physical IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, UPS, and cable patching.
Network and security solutions, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
Backup and storage solutions.

Technical Skills: Understanding of Routing & Switching, Wireless, Voice, SAN or Storage Systems, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Hyper- V, VMware, G- Suite.
Soft Skills: Ability to work with tight deadlines, good problem- solving, and documentation skills, communication skills.
Product Familiarity: Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto, HP, DELL- EMC, IBM, Nutanix, PBX products.
Experience: Over 2 years in the IT field.
Requirements:
University or college graduate.
Good English communication.
Relevant experience and skills from the above list. Qualified certifications are an advantage.
Reliable, motivated, willing to learn, good teamwork, management, and troubleshooting skills. Able to follow rules and procedures.
Age: 22- 35 years old
