Manage end- to- end recruitment for mid to senior- level roles across functions: Sales,
Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Tech.
Actively source and attract top talent via social media, job boards, and industry
networks.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and market insights.
Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen employer branding.
Evaluate recruitment tools and propose budgets for hiring campaigns.
Coach intern (if applicable) and contribute to team development.
Opportunity to expand into L&D projects.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience in hiring for various departments, including C- level and senior positions.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
At least 6 months- 1 year of experience in full- cycle recruitment in Retail, Trading, E- commerce, or Manufacturing industries.
