Talent Acquisition Lead

We’re building a partnership network with high school and university clubs across Vietnam, and we need someone who can make that system run.
You’ll work directly with and receive coaching from company&039;s leadership (Harvard, Oxford alumni) to expand, manage, and activate our club ecosystem at scale.
About the Role
Role Description
• We&039;re not looking for someone who wants to learn recruiting. We&039;re looking for someone who&039;s already closing excellent hires
• You&039;ll learn from the best: Duolingo&039;s ex- VP of Growth, operators who&039;ve scaled teams globally, and founders who&039;ve built category- defining companies
• You&039;ll own all talent acquisition across Vietnam/SEA, reporting directly to the CEO
Scope of Work
• Build and execute pipelines that deliver key hires in competitive markets- without relying on brand pull
• Move candidates from cold DM to signed offer in days, not weeks
• Build the entire recruiting engine from the ground up as we scale
• Create systems from every hire: document what worked, codify it into playbooks, turn rejections into data

Competitive salary based on experience + significant per- hire KPI bonuses
