Oversee both office recruitment and mass hiring activities to ensure an adequate workforce supply for manufacturing operations.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance recruitment capabilities and overall team performance.
Build, develop, and maintain talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels; proactively conduct talent mapping and establish talent pools for critical and hard- to- fill positions.
Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, workforce planning, and manpower requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment partners, professional networks, and other external talent sources.
Monitor recruitment performance metrics, analyze hiring trends, and recommend data- driven improvement initiatives.
Prepare regular recruitment reports, workforce insights, and strategic recommendations for the HR Director.
Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
Standardize, optimize, and ensure compliance of recruitment processes, policies, and practices with company regulations and best practices.
Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice and enhance talent attraction.

Proven track record of managing recruitment teams and delivering hiring targets in a fast- paced environment.
Hands- on, proactive, and results- oriented leadership style.
Experience in manufacturing, garment, textile, retail, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
Experience in employer branding, talent pipelining, campus recruitment, and workforce planning is an advantage.
Strong experience in both professional hiring and mass recruitment.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and business managers.
Good command of English communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment data for decision- making.
Minimum 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
