What You&039;ll Do
Maintain organized candidate databases and tracking sheets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Contribute creative ideas to improve hiring funnels and candidate experience.
Advertise job vacancies on job boards and social media platforms.
Proactively identify, approach, and engage candidates through sourcing techniques and headhunting strategies.
Support employer branding and help refine the company’s hiring process.
Who We&039;re Looking For
Fluent English communication skills.
Proactive, detail- oriented, able to work in a fast- paced environment, and comfortable with outreach and follow- ups.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to engage and assess candidates effectively.
2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR.
Team player who values transparency, collaboration, and accountability.

Working Hours & Probation
Culture of Ownership: Team members are expected to stay beyond official hours when needed to ensure outcomes and team success.
Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days/week (on- site).
Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days/week (on- site).
Probation Period: Up to 2 months, during which both sides assess fit and may end the collaboration if necessary.
