Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Manage recruitment requests from all departments, analyze all job descriptions for the vacancies,
define sources and search paths for the most qualified candidate;
- Manage public recruitment announcements on TA Website Fanpage or any other online fanpages.
- Handle posting with recruitment website when needed;
- In collaboration with the recruiting team, follow the hiring process working with heads of
- Manage workload for recruiting team to maximize the company’s recruiting effort;

Top- level skills in electronic communication and platforms;
University Degree in Human Resources a positive;
Salary negotiable skill;
Language skills English, Chinese a positive;
3 years of experience in recruiting;
Experience working with outside placement agencies;
Excellent communication skills including experience in managing a team;
Recruiting experience in manufacturing, wood furniture manufacturing is a plus;

Clear logical thinking, the ability to collect, organize, analyze data, and build a planning database,
sensitive to numbers, and able to detect production data anomalies in a timely manner.
Strong coordination and communication skills, able to handle unexpected abnormal affairs in a timely
and effective manner.
Able to handle emergencies.
Has a strong sense of work responsibility and effectively controls waste in the production process.
