TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (Recruitment Marketing/EB)

Job Purpose
Responsible for recruitment marketing (pre- employer branding) and end- to- end recruitment execution to support factory hiring needs, ensuring accurate, realistic, and effective talent attraction aligned with actual working condition
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Marketing & Talent Attraction (50%)
Coordinate HQ approval for all recruitment marketing materials.
Create recruitment- focused content: job posts, workplace photos/videos, employee stories, company updates, and industry- related knowledge sharing (automotive & composites).
Support recruitment campaigns to increase candidate flow and quality.
Track basic recruitment marketing metrics (candidate source, post visibility) and report results
Ensure recruitment messaging is accurate, consistent, and realistic.
Plan and execute recruitment marketing activities aligned with factory hiring priorities.
Manage recruitment communication across channels: social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Zalo OA, TikTok), job platforms, and internal channels.
Recruitment Execution (40%)
Handle end- to- end recruitment for assigned positions:
(b) Technical/Manufacturing roles (Production, QA, Technical, etc.)
(a) Office roles (Finance, Purchasing, Admin, etc.)
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
Execute recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer follow- up, onboarding support.
Ensure recruitment progress meets approved headcount plans and timelines.
Work closely with hiring managers to clarify manpower needs and selection criteria.
Other Support (10%)
Support mass recruitment for direct labor during peak periods.
Assist in internal recruitment communication and engagement activities.
Flexibly balance recruitment marketing and hiring execution based on production demand.

Education & Experience
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
4 – 6 years of hands- on experience in recruitment, recruitment marketing, or social media communication.
Bachelor’s or College degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Skills & Competencies
Familiar with recruitment- related social media and attraction channels (e.g. Facebook, Zalo OA, job platforms).
Experience in creating basic recruitment content (images, short videos) using common digital tools or AI- supported tools.
Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and peak recruitment periods.
Proficient in MS Office and basic recruitment systems or applicant tracking tools.
Strong coordination and communication skills with both office staff and production teams.
Solid understanding of employer branding, recruitment processes, and the labor market for office and technical roles.
Ability to source, screen, and assess candidates in a structured and practical manner.
