Talent Acquisition Specialist (Semiconductors)

Drive end- to- end recruitment processes for technical positions, especially within the Physical Design roles.
Conduct candidate screening and interviews, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Represent BOS at career fairs, industry events, and networking activities to strengthen employer brand visibility.
Manage offer negotiations and onboarding for successful candidates.
Actively source and engage candidates through professional networks, social media, and industry channels.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver quality results under tight timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proactive, detail- oriented, and passionate about building strong teams and culture.
Experience in recruitment experience in semiconductor or IC design industry is a plus point
