Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech)

At Home Credit Vietnam, we are always looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best talent to our team. We’re seeking a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, with a key focus on sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring exceptional candidates for all roles across the company, with strong focus on Tech/Data roles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Input into overall hiring strategy of Home Credit Vietnam to ensure teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.
• Consult Hiring Manager & stakeholder to choose best fit candidates in selection process.
• Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long- term talent strategy in mind.
• Define, plan & leverage online recruiting resources, external research vendors, internal referrals, and in- house data to identify and recruit top talent.
• Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
• Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives.
• Create and implement end- to- end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in- person interviews.
